Outrage as court dismisses Busola Dakolos case and fines her 1 Million Naira

The case filed against the pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion assembly (COZA) by Busola Dakolo

Earlier in the year,  Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was accused by Busola Dakolo of raping her twice when she was still a teenager attending his church, However, Biodun Fatoyinbo denied this allegation as well as many others that came afterwards.

Busola later filled a law suit against Fatoyinbo. His team of lawyers led by Dr. Alex Izinyon (SAN), argued that the prayers In the law suit were inseparable by the court and was an abuse of the court process as well as being frivolous.

Justice Oathman. A. Musa while presiding judgement on the case, said that the matter amounted to injustice and was also an abuse of judicial process.  He further added that the case is empty and based purely on sentiments. Justice Musa also stated that the case was sorely aimed at cruelty other than obtaining justice.

The court awarded costs of one million naira(N1,000,000) against Busola Dakolo and stated that he should have fined ten times more for wasting the courts time.
